Mechanical Ingot Production
CMX was the innovator and is the largest manufacturer of copper-based,
non-ferrous Mechanical Ingots. To insure consistent alloy mix and
specifications, mechanical ingots are produced under rigorous manufacturing
procedures. We manufacture this product to the guidelines of CA844,
CA836 and Alloy 130. Quality, alloy and ease of charging are maintained,
while the cost savings over use of ingot, produce additional profits
to your bottom line. We currently supply our Mechanical Ingot to
some of the largest production foundries in the country.
Processing and Packaging
CMX provides the brass foundry and brass mill industry with a complete
line of copper based and copper-nickel alloys. All items are processed
and packaged per your specifications. We are also able to dry your
metal chips, remove all oils and then pressure puck them into a
viable feed stock for your melting process.
